Delivery Times
Freddie Vulgar products are usually made especially for you as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk (and holding huge inventories) is great for environment and makes small businesses like Freddie Vulgar possible.
You can choose standard or express delivery. You'll see the cost and the estimated delivery times while making that choice.
We ship our products from EU and/or USA, depending where you are. In general, US orders are shipped from the US facilities etc. In some cases, your order might split to a multi-package shipment. It will not cause you any extra shipping costs.
You'll find delivery time estimates on Freddievulgar.com product pages. Those are estimates given to help your purchase decisions. The delivery times vary depending on where you are, what products you order and what delivery option (standard/express) you choose.
In general, a valid estimate for standard delivery times is 4-10 business days in USA & Western Europe, 4-12 business days in Northern Europe and anything from 7 to even 25 business days in some Eastern European countries.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the products ordered, your location & the shipping methods chosen. In general, a valid estimate for shipment cost of one product is 5-8 dollars in the US / 5-10 euros in EU (and extra cost for additional product(s) 1-3 dollars / euros). You'll see the costs of available shipping methods at the checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an automatically generated e-mail with tracking information. The delivery times stated are indicative.
Duties & extra taxes
Freddie Vulgar is a happy tax payer. That said, please note that orders outside EU / US may be charged by customs to pay import duties. All extra costs like import duties or extra taxes are your responsibility. Please refer to your local custom's import conditions.
If your order is returned to us because of an undeliverable address or shipment being unclaimed at customs, we will have to charge you the extra costs. New shipping costs will be applied for resent orders and any extra costs are deducted in case of a return&refund request.
